AI Operator Lab
Join the AI Operator Lab—a 6-weekend, hands-on Saturday course. Each 5-hour session blends guided instruction, practical labs, and collaborative build time so you leave with real workflows, working prototypes, and job-ready AI fluency for the AI-assisted workplace.
- AI Fluency Foundations: Speaking the Language of AI. Learn how prompts shape outputs, how models “think,” and how to get consistent results. Build a reusable prompt toolkit and operator checklists you’ll use every weekend.
- RAG Foundations: Make AI Smarter with Your Knowledge. Turn documents into usable context. Learn retrieval basics, chunking strategies, and how to reduce hallucinations with grounded answers.
- Workflow Automation: Scaling with AI. Design repeatable workflows that save time. Connect tools, add approvals, and instrument your workflows so they’re reliable—not brittle.
- Agents & Tool Use: Building AI That Can Take Action. Move from “chat” to “do.” Create agents that can use tools, follow steps, and operate with guardrails and human-in-the-loop control.
- Build & Deploy: From Prototype to Practical App. Convert your workflow into a shareable deliverable—lightweight app, dashboard, or internal tool. Learn deployment basics and operational considerations.
- Capstone Showcase: Bring It All Together. Integrate RAG + workflows + agents into a polished capstone. Present a clear walkthrough and leave with a portfolio-ready proof of skill.
